Product Delivery

Media-Coach will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order.

Media-Coach will make deliveries as quickly as possible after receiving your order, according to the delivery method you have indicated on the website.  Delivery times and rates will vary depending on the destination, the delivery method, and availability of products.

Delivery times are estimated from the time orders are shipped from our place of business.

The products you have ordered become your property once Media-Coach passes them on to the carrier.  From that time on, you assume any risks involved in delivery; Media-Coach is no longer responsible for the loss or destruction of your order.

Delivery is subject to the regulations of the carriers providing services to Media-Coach, presently Canada Post and Purolator, and of any other carrier whose services Media-Coach might retain from time to time.  In particular, you must follow regulations as to signatures for acknowledging receipt of products.  If you are absent from the delivery address indicated to Media-Coach, it is your responsibility to pick up your order according to the policies of the carrier you selected at the time of ordering.

Deliveries will not be made to post office boxes.

Media-Coach must receive full payment for your order before proceeding with delivery.

Customs Duties

For any product delivered outside Canada, you are responsible for all customs duties and any other fees applicable to exports outside Canada.

Product Availability

Media-Coach does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the website.  If an item you have ordered is out of stock, Media-Coach will advise you by e-mail when the item becomes available.  You may then choose between the following options:

• Delivery of the item: your credit card will be debited for the corresponding amount before the item is delivered.
• Cancellation of your order: no charges will be made to your credit card for the item in question.

Media-Coach will not be held responsible for any damages caused by an item’s being out of stock.

Returning Physical Products

Media-Coach offers you a total-satisfaction guarantee on all physical products for a period of 30 days following the date of purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product following the procedure below:

• Contact our customer service department to request an authorization number.
• Return the product to:

• Attach a copy of your invoice, on which you have indicated your return authorization number.

You are responsible for delivery charges and risks for any product returned, unless Media-Coach has sent you the wrong items or damaged or defective products, in which case Media-Coach will assume these costs as long as you make the return through a delivery company offering a guarantee against loss and damages.

You may not return books, videos, and games that you have damaged or whose covers you have bent, unless the products are defective. 

Media-Coach will credit you the amount you paid for a returned item, not including shipping and handling charges, as soon as possible after receiving it, either through a credited amount on your credit card or by cheque, depending on your method of payment.  Media-Coach will reimburse you only if the item is received in the same condition as it was in before delivery.

Returning Downloadable Products

Media-Coach offers you a total-satisfaction guarantee on all downloadable products for a period of 60 days following the date of purchase.  To request a refund, please send us an e-mail clearly indicating your name (as it appears on your invoice), the invoice number, the product description, its price, and the e-mail address used when downloading the product.

On receiving your request, Media-Coach will send you a “Confirmation of Destruction” letter, stating your promise to destroy all copies of the downloadable product in question.  You must sign this letter and fax it to Media-Coach at 1-450-661-4789.  Refunds will be made within 5 business days of receiving the signed letter of confirmation.
